• Oral Hygiene and Screening Visits
  An initial preventive care visit includes an hour or more of personalized attention with one of our talented hygienists, in which she’ll discuss your individual oral health needs with you. We obtain X-ray images of your entire mouth with digital radiography, screen for gum disease and oral cancer lesions, and diagnose issues with your jaws and bite. We thoroughly explain the importance of oral hygiene care, instructing you on proper homecare techniques to keep your whole mouth fresh and clean.
  
  At a routine oral hygiene appointment, we clean your mouth by removing harmful plaque buildup from the surfaces of teeth and near the gum line. Take advantage of our selection of patient comfort measures to stay calm and relaxed throughout your visit.
• Periodontal Therapy
  Left untreated, plaque accumulation below the gum line can escalate to periodontal disease. This condition can cause red, bleeding gums and ultimately, tooth loss.
